You can return or exchange unused products in excellent condition and original packaging within 30 days. Federal Law prohibits the reuse of medical supplies; therefore returns of medical supplies are only accepted in cases of manufacture defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. MEDBARNSTORE is not responsible for any return shipping charges, as well as any subsequent charges incurred.
Acceptance of merchandise for return/exchange is final only after inspection. Once the return is accepted, the new item will be shipped to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue, advise solution and how best to proceed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, graduated compression hosiery and maternity lingerie are not returnable once the packaging has been opened, except in the case of a manufacturer defect. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of clearance items.
MEDBARNSTORE cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, prepay and insure all returns.
All returns should be adequately packaged to protect the enclosed goods and to ensure safe transportation.
Exchanges
The best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, the new item will be shipped to you. Make sure to include a note with the following information: shipping address, new item size, color, any other specific information you think might be needed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
